A Visit to The Morrison Center :
At your first visit you will meet with Dr. Morrison and you will receive a physical examination. He will take a detailed history and order tests that will be needed to develop your treatment plan. Be prepared to spend a considerable amount of time at the Center. You will receive a preliminary diet and supplement suggestions, which may include the use of IV vitamin and mineral protocols. When your test results are completed you will need to have a follow-up visit with Dr. Morrison to review and discuss your treatment plan. Subsequent medical follow up appointments will be made to monitor the progress of your therapy with Dr. Morrison.
Fees:
Please call the office and speak with our patient coordinator to discuss costs associated with visits to The Morrison Center. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express, personal checks and cash. Payment is expected at the time of service. Although we do not file insurance we will gladly provide you with a form to submit to your carrier. We will provide you with any additional information that your carrier requires. Remember, while some insurers will partially or fully reimburse The Morrison Center patients for some visits, tests, or therapies, many will not.
Payment Policy:
- ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.
- We will provide you with an itemized bill for each visit which may be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement
Please note: Our fees are commensurate with the level of care that we provide. However, because we provide services that may be considered complementary or alternative medicine, some insurance companies may deny reimbursement for our services. If this happens, we encourage you to take this up with your insurance company in the hopes that it will bring about a change in their policy to meet the needs of the patients they insure.
Schedule your visit:
We look forward to meeting and serving you in the future. Contact our Patient Coordinator at 212-989-9828 to schedule your first visit.
Medical Coverage:
All patients are required to maintain an ongoing relationship with their primary care physician for crisis interventions. We do not have any hospital affiliations and will not provide care for emergency situations. We focus on preventive medical services and care for chronic medical conditions. Patients who have questions may call the office during normal business hours to have them answered in a timely fashion. Phone calls may also be left on the answering machine to have an answer during the next business day that the physician is at the center.
WE REQUEST THAT YOU DO NOT WEAR ANY FRAGRANCES WHEN YOU COME TO THE CENTER IN CONSIDERATION OF YOUR FELLOW PATIENTS WHO MAY BE CHEMICALLY SENSITIVE.
